Defined the data strategy to consolidate fragmented systems into a single Snowflake environment. Led vendor evaluation and selection of Fivetran for ETL, then provided execution direction and hands-on assistance through the pipeline builds.
AI Agent Advisory, Governance & Co-Build
Advised on agent architecture and build approach, designed the governance framework covering approval, oversight, and data handling, and co-built production agents alongside the internal team.
